Cost:

  • Lower initial cost for equipment & installation because the only equipment you purchase are the phones
  • Monthly costs are generally a little higher for hosted because you pay per seat (phone), not per line
  • All feature & software updates come free of additional charges with your monthly service
  • Monthly service charges never go up, even after your contract ends

Equipment:

  • The phones are the only equipment you own
  • The customer is more hands on and responsible for the setup and programming of the system
  • Software updates are done automatically
  • Phone’s come with a lifetime warranty for the entire duration of your service agreement
  • VPN is built into the phones, so you can take and use them anywhere there is internet connectivity
  • Cordless phones & headsets are not offered with our hosted service, however, there is available equipment that is compatible and can be purchased from a 3rd party vendor

Voice/SIP Services:

  • Unlimited roll over lines. Never experience a busy signal again
  • 1,3 or 5 year contract is required for service
  • Proprietary & non-proprietary options available so depending on the equipment, will determine the service options & availability
  • Easy to add a line, but the purchase of a new IP phone is required
  • Training is done remotely

LaserOne Communication’s On Premise Solution:

Cost:

  • Once the initial cost for equipment is covered, monthly costs are generally lower
  • Leasing options are available, with a $ 1 buy out at the end of your lease term
  • Software updates are covered, free of charge, during the first year & the entire duration of your maintenance contract
  • Yearly maintenance plans are recommended after the first year

Equipment:

  • You own all of your equipment, giving you more freedom to customize your system to fit your exact needs
  • All equipment is covered under warranty for one year after installation
  • With a Maintenance contract our customers have peace of mind knowing that any faulty equipment and associated labor is covered after the warranty expires
  • The system is non-proprietary, giving you the Freedom to mix and match products
  • LaserOne Communications completely handles the programming, configuration, installation & maintenance of your entire system

Voice/SIP Services:

  • There is no contract required for voice services
  • You have flexibility in the type of voice services you use: SIP or Traditional Voice Service
  • Adding a line is easy and you are not required to add an additional phone
  • Training is done on site and in person by LaserOne Communications
